According to a survey "Top HR Trends for 2020" published by XpertHR, recruitment and hiring are the most critical challenges for 51% of HR professionals, who struggle to attract high-quality candidates. Thus, knowing how to surround oneself with the right skills in the right positions at strategic moments is not an easy task, and HR professionals must deploy various strategies to attract them to their company in order to best support the company's success.

Finally, to promote the success of the company, HR must create a high-quality experience for employees. When they are content with their roles, responsibilities, work environment, and colleagues, employees are less likely to consider changing jobs. A 2018 study by Jobvite revealed that one-third of job seekers leave their jobs within 90 days of being hired, primarily due to roles differing from their expectations or due to a negative experience.

In conclusion, HR plays a vital role in the success of companies and organizations. Their ability to address the challenges of the 2020s, promote diversity, adapt skills, manage change, and support employee well-being, while leveraging data for informed decisions, will be crucial for thriving in an ever-evolving work environment.
